The Trial Services Office (TSO) is the primary provider of trial services for the LSSS-NCR. Trial Services include conducting courts-martial on behalf of the government; providing prosecution advice in accordance with R.C.M. 502(d)(5) to convening authorities and cognizant SJAs; assisting in the training of command legal personnel; providing victim and witness support throughout the court-martial process; conducting post-trial processing , supervising the collection, maintenance, and custody of evidence; coordinating with law enforcement. The TSO is comprised of the Senior Trial Counsel, Trial Counsel, Trial Services Chief and Non-Commissioned Officer, and Legal Service Specialists.
