The Trusted Traveler Program has been reinstated. 

The Trusted Traveler Program is a procedure that allowed DoD-affiliated sponsors to vouch for vehicle occupants to gain entry onto an installation.

FEBRUARY 24, 2023: Persons providing proof of property ownership to the VCC (deed, mortgage, etc.) that clearly establishes that they own property in the Town of Quantico shall be eligible to receive a DBIDS credential valid for 3 years provided they successfully meet access screening/background checks.  Annual visits to the VCC for renewal will not be required. What is dbids
  • DBIDS is a Department of Defense owned and operated system developed by Defense Manpower Data Center as a force protection program to manage personnel identity and access at DoD installations.

  • DBIDS is a networked database system designed to easily verify access authorization of personnel entering military installations by using barcode and fingerprint biometric identification.

  • Once you are enrolled in DBIDS, you are continuously vetted to ensure you continue to meet the requirements to enter a military installation.
