Important Advisory

Due to the overwhelming number of customers during the summer months, we are accepting as many walk-ins as possible when we open our doors at 0700, and shifted appointments to afternoons only. That said, we must cut-off walk-in traffic once we have reached full capacity in order to accommodate appointments commencing at 1300 (1:00pm). Currently, appointments are booked through the end of September. October appointments will be released on 15 August.

PLEASE NOTE:  Commencing 1 October 2018 and moving forward, the DEERS/ID Card Center walk-in hours will be from 0700-0900, daily. Although the number of walk-ins will be limited, it will allow us to open up additional appointment slots to better serve you. Appointments will be available from 0900-1440 daily.

Please be advised that MCB Quantico does not currently have a passport agent in place. We are expecting to resume services on 4 September 2018. In the meantime, please visit Fort Belvoir, VA, for services (Phone number: 703-545-0003). We apologize for the inconvenience.
