Given the current COVID-19 Pandemic, MCB Quantico DEERS Facility is no longer offering normal walk-in services. Walk-In services will be considered on a case by case basis. Please call facility prior to visiting in an effort to avoid being turned away. Apologies for any inconvenience. As of 9/21/2020 and per MARADMIN: 542/20, USID Cards (Retiree, Dependent, DAV, DB, TAMP-180, IRR) which expired on or after January 1 2020 are authorized for continued benefit use through June 30 2021. ONE APPOINTMENT PER FAMILIY MEMBER REQUIRING SERVICE is required. If you do not book multiple appointments, only the person listed as the appointment holder will receive service, as we must adhere to a strict schedule. Please keep your confirmation number for reference. Only a five-minute grace period will be granted to late customers.
If you no longer wish to keep your appointment, please visit the website above to cancel, or call the ID Card Center at (703) 784-2750 for assistance, so that your appointment slot can become available for someone who needs it.
CAC PIN RESETS (Locked & Blocked CACs) will be handled at the DEERS/ID Card Center. DO NOT make an appointment for CAC PIN Resets.
If a system outage occurs on the day of your appointment, you will receive priority ticket to be used at a later date.
