Our office will resume normal walk-in operations on 20 July 2021. We still prefer our customers utilize appointments as walk-in services are not always guaranteed. Additional appointments will become available every Monday morning at 0700 for that week. This facility is asking patrons to continue practicing social distancing as well as wearing their masks if not vaccinated. As of June 2021, the following guidance is in effect for USID Cards that expired between January 1, 2020 and July 31, 2021 ONLY (this does not apply to Common Access Cards).

ONE APPOINTMENT PER FAMILIY MEMBER REQUIRING SERVICE is required. If you do not book multiple appointments, only the person listed as the appointment holder will receive service, as we must adhere to a strict schedule. Please keep your confirmation number for reference. Only a five-minute grace period will be granted to late customers.
If you no longer wish to keep your appointment, please visit the website above to cancel, or call the ID Card Center at (703) 784-2750 for assistance, so that your appointment slot can become available for someone who needs it.
CAC PIN RESETS (Blocked CACs) will be handled at the DEERS/ID Card Center.
If a system outage occurs on the day of your appointment, you will receive priority ticket to be used at a later date.
