Requests for Access Appeals Must Be Submitted via the Access Appeal Form
If you have a disqualifying offense and your access to the base is denied, but you have a compelling need for base access, please complete the
Access Appeal Form below.
Important: The access appeal process takes approximately
7–10 days to complete. Appeals are not processed immediately.
All requested information must be provided on the Access Appeal Form.
Incomplete appeal forms will not be processed.
Please ensure your request includes:
- A detailed description of why base access is required.
- A detailed explanation of why a waiver should be considered.
- Sponsor point of contact information.
- All other information requested on the Access Appeal Form.
Before submitting an appeal, please consider the 7–10 day processing timeframe and whether your reason for requesting access will still be applicable at the time a decision is made.
Your appeal will be reviewed, and you will be notified once a decision has been made.
