Brad Watkin, wildlife biologist with Marine Corps Base Quantico's Natural Resources and Environmental Affairs branch (NREA), works with his dog Patton during last year's duck hunting season. Early waterfowl season started aboard MCB Quantico Sept. 6, with the full season running intermittently until its conclusion Jan. 29, 2017.
