Stedman Graham, an Army veteran and motivational speaker, gives the commencement address on July 16 at the combined graduation ceremony organized by the Voluntary Education Center. Fifty students attended and received certificates from the VEC for their academic achievements, ranging from educational certifications through doctoral degrees.
