U.S. Marine Corps General John M. Paxton, Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps, presents Sgt. Maj. Scott D. Hamm with a master’s in military studies after he graduated from Marine Corps Command and Staff College on June 4, at Marine Corps Base Quantico. Hamm and Sgt. Maj.
