Ben Wagner, the Professional Programs branch head at the Marine Corps University, Seth Lapine, a former Marine major and the owner and vice president of retail sales and marketing for Lapine Associates Inc., Robert Stanko, the executive vice president and general manager of Hartford Technologies and Robin Imbrogno, the president and chief operating officer of The Human Resource Consulting Group, formed a panel of Marines and civilians who discussed leadership during a Marine Corps Leadership Seminar event at the Clubs at Quantico on April 25, 2014. The panel talked about the difference between leadership and management and how they are used in the workplace.
