Teri Reece, Blue Star Mothers president, Rhonda Kuebler, Blue Star Mothers member, and Sharon Kendall, Blue Star Mothers member, participate in the annual Wreaths Across America Dec. 12 at Quantico Netional Cemetery in Triangle, Virginia. After seven years, the group continues to support veterans and their families at this annual Wreaths Across America event. In addition to the wreaths, the members raised funds to send approximately 400 care packages to deployed troops overseas during the holidays.

Members of the community can support the wreath clean-up Feb. 6.

Wilfredo Lucas Jr., Naval Health Clinic Quatico, Mannie Lucas, Cameron Lucas, Homecoming King, Shanette Pagaragan, Shanel Pagaragan , Homecoming Queen, Master Gunnery Sgt. Elmer Pagaragan were honored during halftime of the homecoming game, where the team dueled against Grace Christian High School from Staunton, Va.
