“Walk-ins are welcome during normal operating hours; however, we recommend that our customers utilize appointments, as walk-in services are not always guaranteed depending on customer volume. Additional appointments are released on the first of each month for the following month. Example: on 1 May, appointments for the month of June are released.”
ONE APPOINTMENT PER FAMILIY MEMBER REQUIRING SERVICE is required. If you do not book multiple appointments, only the person listed as the appointment holder will receive service, as we must adhere to a strict schedule. Please keep your confirmation number for reference. Only a five-minute grace period will be granted to late customers.
If you no longer wish to keep your appointment, please visit the website above to cancel, or call the ID Card Center at (703) 784-2750 for assistance, so that your appointment slot can become available for someone who needs it.
A DD FORM 1172-2 MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE SPONSOR FOR EVERY DEPENDENT ID CARD ISSUANCE AND ENROLLMENT.
