Mitchel Raftelis, former Quantico mayor, and his wife, Georgia, listen to Kevin Brown, the current Town of Quantico mayor, speak during the dedication of the Raftelis Potomac River Park at 408 River Rd. in the Town of Quantico, on April 26, 2014. The park was named for Raftelis and his wife, Georgia. Raftelis was mayor from July 1998- 2006.
