Mission

We advise the base commander and staff on communication strategy matters; develop and integrate communication plans; communicate with key audiences; and produce written and visual information products in order to build understanding, credibility, and trust with key publics and audiences critical to mission success.

 

Photo Coverage requests

We provide operational coverage, based on order of precedence and advance notification, including, but not limited to: base exercises, community outreach events, change of command/ relief and appointment ceremonies, retirement ceremonies for the rank of E9/CWO5/06 and higher.

The duty photographer will respond to any routine or emergency calls from Provost Marshall’s Office, Criminal Investigation Division, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Base Fire Department, and the Marine Corps Air Facility Crash Fire and Rescue.

Video Production Requests

We provide video documentation, in house video productions, on location productions, media editing and the ability to export most current video formats. We provide operational coverage, based on order of precedence and advance notification, including, but not limited to: base exercises, community outreach events, change of command/ relief and appointment ceremonies, retirement ceremonies for the rank of E9/CWO5/06 and higher.

Graphics production request

We provide digital graphics products and provide guidance on best practices for graphics support. For your retirement programs, change of commands, post and reliefs, building dedications, and all other events that require a program, click HERE to download our PowerPoint template.

Exterior signs are provided by G5 Facilities Maintenance Sign Shop, (703) 784-1495.

Maps, blueprints, or schematics can be obtained through Installation Geospatial Information and Services Program, 703-432-1071.

Printing services are not provided by us and must be obtained at DLA Document Services, (703) 784-2208.
