David Powers, pipefitter leader, Utilities Branch, Installations and Environment Division, received the Senior Civilian of the Quarter Award for the second quarter of the 2013 year at the Clubs at Quantico on Aug. 13, 2013. According to his citation, Powers received the award after he, “routinely performed his demanding duties in an exemplary and highly professional manner.”
