The east bound lane of Telegraph Rd from the east side of the I-95 overpass to Route 1 will be closed to thru traffic until Aug. 17. Traffic will be limited to local resident traffic only. Thru traffic will be re-routed to Russell Rd - from there commuters may access I-95 or Rt. 1.
