For OMPF photos every Marine is required to provide a certified height/weight verification form signed by a 1stSgt, CO, SgtMaj, or Bn CO/XO, before their photo will be taken and submitted to MMSB. Marines who are appointed as “acting” for a billet mentioned above can also sign the height/weight verification.
