Military Honors were rendered during an internment ceremony on May 3 at Quantico National Cemetery for 12 Veterans whose cremains were unclaimed. The honors were given by Marines from the Ceremonial Platoon, Marine Corps Base Quantico, along with soldiers from the Military Funeral Honors program, Fort A.P. Hill. The Missing in America Project (MIAP) claimed the cremains and coordinated the internment for the veterans from WWII, Korea and Vietnam.
