During the scenario, four Marines dove into a pool and simulated spinal, neck and broken leg injuries. The MCITWS five-man team primarily organizes swim qualifications for lieutenants being trained at The Basic School, to include swim qualifications for the national capital region and the Marine Corps Water Survival Instructor Trainer Course.
