During a training session on patrolling, Sgt. Terrance Bowens tells patrolmen Cpl. Brian Lasecki and Lance Cpl. Grant Patterson the course they’ll take across the lawn of Range Management Branch’s backyard. Bowens finished at the top of his Advanced Infantry Course in August and has used what he learned to institute a noncommissioned officer leadership development program at RMB.
