Capt. Daryl Sabourin, head of the audit section for Quantico’s Environmental Management System, pitches a netfull of rainbow trout into Chopawamsic Creek during the season’s first trout stocking March 22. Another stocking will take place the day before the April 6 Heritage Day fishing event.
