TRIANGLE, Va. (Jan. 9.) - Col. David W. Maxwell, base commander, Marine Corps Base Quantico, presents Tammi Ellis, Potomac Region Combined Federal Campaign representative, with a check during the CFC Close Out Celebration and Award Ceremony at the National Museum of the Marine Corps on Jan. 9.
