Maxwell, base commander, presents the staff of the Marine Corps Exchange, Marine Mart  on Barnett Avenue, with the MCX Space Planning Award, at the main exchange, Dec. 5. Maxwell explained to the staff that their work is appreciated calling to attention the hard work and dedication of Vicki Bartlett, director of business and operations, MCCS, and her 27 years of service.
