The Civilian Recreation and Welfare Association (CRWA) is a nonprofit non-appropriated fund organization established to initiate and promote group recreational and welfare services among civilian employees. All civil service personnel and non-appropriated fund employees who work aboard Quantico, including tenant activities, automatically become members of the Association when they are employed and are eligible to participate in the programs and services it sponsors. Among other things, the Association plans several one-day bus trips throughout the year to various locations. Specific dates and ticket information are announced in the
