Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. James Amos presents flowers to Elisse Perez during the Commandant of the Marine Corps Combined Awards Program ceremony where her husband, Gunnery Sgt. Victor Perez, was selected as the Prior Service Recruiter of the Year on Feb. 3, 2014.
