Mission

The Transition Readiness Program (TRP) provides exposures to opportunities in transition, career, and employment assistance to Active Duty (AD), Reserve Component (RC), and eligible family members through the Career Resource Center and online accessible services.  The TRP ensures that Marines are prepared for their transition from military to civilian life and provides Marines and their families with the tools and resources needed to pursue Department of Defense (DOD) directed Career Readiness Standards (CRS).

Personal Readiness Seminar within 90 days
  • Personal Readiness Seminar
    • Personal Readiness Seminar (PRS) is designed to educate First Permanent Duty Station (FPDS) Marines on the following topics:   

      • The military life cycle model
      • Personal and Professional Development services
      • An interactive Finance 101 course
Transition Readiness Seminar withn 12 to 24 months of EAS
CAPSTONE & COMMANDERS VERIFICATION within 4 months of EAS
