Charles Sullivan and Tracy Wheeler, assistant chiefs with the Marine Corps Base Quantico Fire Department, talk to a member of the Fauquier County’s Lois Volunteer Fire Department about their plan to limit the spread of the wildfires on training areas on the west side of base on April 11, 2013. Three responders were sent to the hospital for heat exhaustion and smoke inhalation; all were later released.
