From Sunday, 2 December through the end of December, paving and milling will be conducted along the Russell Road widening project.  Expect temporary lane closures and alternate traffic patterns during this time.  Expect heavier than normal traffic throughout the day and delays along Russell Road in the vicinity of the Davis and Marsh buildings and Dunlap Circle.
