1. Pre-enroll in DBIDS at the following link: DBIDS (dmdc.mil)
2. Print off the DBIDS registration confirmation.
3. Complete and print out NAVMC 5512 form.
4. Bring your REAL ID, completed NAVMC 5512 form, DBIDS registration confirmation to the Marine Corps Base Quantico Visitor Control Center.
AND
5. Additionally, you must bring documentation to prove residency / property rights in the Town of Quantico. Acceptable documents are government ID with Town of Quantico address, recent (90 days) bill or tax statement, mortgage statement or lease/rental agreement.

• An employment authorization document that contains a photograph (Form I-766)
• Current/Valid Driver’s License (cannot say “Federal Limits Apply” or “Not for Federal use”)
• Identification card issued by Federal, State or local Government Agencies
• U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Legacy Cards
• U.S. Coast Guard New Merchant Mariner Credential
• Approved Department of Defense (DoD) Privilege Card Holder

Though there is an easement from U.S. Route 1 to the Town of Quantico (along Fuller Road) for use by town residents and visitors, it does not diminish the MCB Quantico Commander’s responsibility to provide for the safety and security of the installation. Therefore, Town of Quantico Access procedures were developed to comply with Department of Defense and U.S. Marine Corps security requirements while still considering the access rights and convenience of town residents and property owners.
