Joseph P. Riley, Marine Corps Base Quantico chief of police spoke on the legal actions that can be taken with bullying during the bullying prevention seminar presented by community members, faculty members and students in the Quantico Middle/High School gymnasium on Friday. Riley let students know that the punishment they could receive from bullying would not only affect their lives now but in the future as well.
