Over the next two to three weeks, all organizations in the south wing of Little Hall — that’s the left side of the building as viewed from the front — will move into eight trailers that are set up in the parking lot next to the Firestone auto care shop on Barnett Avenue.

Agencies are being moved out of the building one wing at a time while the heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems are replaced. The central portion of the building, where the auditorium and bowling center are located, will not be affected, as the HVAC system there was replaced in 2002.

The organizations from the south wing are expected to remain housed in the trailers for six to eight months, followed by a 30-day window for them to move back into Little Hall and everyone from the north wing to move into the trailers. Following that move, replacement of the HVAC system in the north wing is expected to take another six to eight months.

The following organizations will move from the south wing of Little Hall into the trailers on Barnett Avenue over the next few weeks:

Marine Corps Community Services Accounting

Family Advocacy Program

MCCS Facilities

Semper Fit

MCCS Marketing

Quantico Finance Office

Defense Travel Services
